Every year, for nine days of magic and colour, the sky of the Haut-Richelieu is taken over by 125 hot air balloons during the International Balloon Festival of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. This Canadian event is a reference as far as balloons go, with more than 1,500,000 square feet of theme activities. It is also a must-see summer event for fans of large concerts.
