You are invited to the 31th annual Macomb Balloon Rally to fly the skies of Western Illinois University and the Macomb area on September 8 and 9. This year‘s theme is Jimmy Buffet/Margaritaville.
Competitive flights are planned for Friday night, Saturday morning and evening. A Balloon Glow will follow the Saturday night flight.
