For nine days in October the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta® creates an enchanted world of special shape balloon rodeos, twilight balloon glows, and vibrant balloon-filled skies. Brisk autumnal mornings in the Rio Grande Valley create an otherworldly backdrop for the breathtaking majesty of our most popular event, Mass Ascension of the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta®.

Description
The Launch Field at Balloon Fiesta Park offers a large space perfect for recreational and sporting events. With broad open spaces and paths, the Launch Field is perfect for events looking to have fun, raise money for a good cause, or just enjoy the outdoors. The Launch Field is home to numerous fun runs, sporting events, flying events and festivals. The joint-use, 47-acre balloon Launch Field has space for over 20 game fields.
